Jal Neti


Position -    

Put a teaspoon of salt in a specially made Neti vessel, fill it with lukewarm water. Standby keeping one fit distance on the foot. After that, test the breath, ie, from which both the noses are breathing more, the top of Neti vessel in the nostril-hole in the same direction is applied. Position the neck slightly lower and in the opposite direction. Keep the mouth open while Jal Neti and do not breathe through the nostrils. If necessary, breathe through the mouth or practice stop breathing. When half vessel water falls from a nostril-hole, do the same with other nostrils as well.

Benefit -

The practice of Water Neti all the disorders related to the nasal are resolved. Use it as a treatment for diseases like colds, cough, headaches, eye diseases, hair follicles etc. It is extremely beneficial for patients with sinusitis. The practice of this action helps in removing brain-related diseases.

Caution -

The water should be lukewarm and salt must be mixed in it.
