YOGA | SKANDH SAKTI | HANDS POSTURE

SKANDH  SAKTI

Position

Stand upright together with both legs.

 Turn your hand fist in such a way that the thumb is inside. 

Open the mouth and inhale the outside air into it and touch chin to the throat.

Then tighten both arm firmly and move them upwards in the same way as the air fills in the cycle by the pump.

When doing this, the arm should be below the shoulder.

Stop breathing in this posture.

Then straighten the neck and slowly exhale the air out of both nostrils.

Yoga Asana - Standing Posture | Griva Sakti Vikasak |

Position

1   Rotate the neck from right to left and left to right with light press.
2   Move the neck slowly back and forth.
3   Now folding the neck from the chest and tightening the throat, moving from the left side to the clockwise rotation will turn into pre-condition. Again repeat this posture to anti-clockwise rotation from the right. Breathing will be normal.

Benefit

1     The practice of this action removes all defects related to the neck.
2.    Cervical obesity is destroyed.
3.  With the practice of this action the cervix becomes beautiful, graceful and attractive.
4.    All the throat disorders are destroyed.
5.    The vocal tone becomes sweet and harmonious.
6.    Practicing this posture is superficial for those who speak and intermittently stop speaking.
7.    Practice of this posture can increase the height.
8.    These actions are extremely useful for practicing music.
9.  This action is especially important for patients with spondylitis, but the patient of spondylitis should not bring the neck forward in this posture.
10.   This action has enough flexibility in the neck.

1     Do not bow down the neck of the person suffering from spondylitis.

Yoga | JAL NETI |

Jal Neti


Position -    

Put a teaspoon of salt in a specially made Neti vessel, fill it with lukewarm water. Standby keeping one fit distance on the foot. After that, test the breath, ie, from which both the noses are breathing more, the top of Neti vessel in the nostril-hole in the same direction is applied. Position the neck slightly lower and in the opposite direction. Keep the mouth open while Jal Neti and do not breathe through the nostrils. If necessary, breathe through the mouth or practice stop breathing. When half vessel water falls from a nostril-hole, do the same with other nostrils as well.

Benefit -

The practice of Water Neti all the disorders related to the nasal are resolved. Use it as a treatment for diseases like colds, cough, headaches, eye diseases, hair follicles etc. It is extremely beneficial for patients with sinusitis. The practice of this action helps in removing brain-related diseases.

The water should be lukewarm and salt must be mixed in it.
