Position
Turn your hand fist in such a way that the thumb is inside.
Open the mouth and inhale the outside air into it and touch chin to the throat.
Then tighten both arm firmly and move them upwards in the same way as the air fills in the cycle by the pump.
When doing this, the arm should be below the shoulder.
Stop breathing in this posture.
Then straighten the neck and slowly exhale the air out of both nostrils.
