YOGA ASANA | JAANU SAKTI | STANDING POSTURE | HEALTH & FITNESS

Position

Stand upright by touch the feet together. The hands will remain adjacent to the side. The eyes will stay in front and breathing speed will be normal. Turn the leg back towards the knee and then straighten the legs forward with a stroke. Perform this action by one foot after the other, respectively. While taking action, the heel should be touched with the hip.




Benefit

The remedy of blood circulation in the legs smoothly, rheumatoid arthritis, ciliate, useful in hypnosis, relieves the normal pain of the thigh.

Caution

Persons who have severe pain in their feet or knees do not flick at all.
Do not do it in women's menstrual cycle and in the last days of pregnancy.
Those who have had a fracture in their feet, do this carefully.
